Private facilities make for an exclusive and luxurious experience.
The elevators can be slow at times, making for a less efficient experience. this hotel offers exceptional amenities and services that cater to guests' every need.

I loved the hotel facilities and the proximity to the airport. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The hotel offered transportation to the mall, very convenient.

Located close to the Mall, the MezzaLuna restaurant in the hotel is a must-try for those who love a mix of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and include a living area and a balcony with stunning views of the river. The staff is highly professional and offers top-notch service in everything from housekeeping to room service.
The wait for room service can be a bit long at times.

Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping malls. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The rooftop pools and jacuzzi are a fantastic addition.
Some rooms had humidity issues, but the staff provided dehumidifiers to resolve the problem. There is a small distance between this hotel and another Intercontinental hotel, which may cause confusion for some guests.

Our recent stay at the Residence Suites in Dubai was fantastic! The spacious rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We were kinda surprised by the level of service we received from the manager, Ahmed. He were really good too ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us retrieve belongings we left behind. The location was convenient, only a short distance from the city. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the main hotel. we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
